The Maitre Boulanger Sourdough Pizza Base comes as a 190-gram individually-packed three-piece product designed to be baked in a preheated oven at 210 to 220-degrees Celsius for eight to 10 minutes, and is perfect for those who want to bake their own pizza, coming complete with recipes for making the most iconic variants of all time including Margherita Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza and Hawaiian Pizza. 

The Maitre Boulanger Sourdough Bread Loaves are packaged as six 60-gram pieces in a re-sealable bag, and boast a shelf life of six months frozen; the product has been designed to thaw for 20 minutes and bake in a preheated oven at 200-degrees Celsius for three to four minutes. Referred to by Dofreeze representatives as “the most perfect sandwich bread ever baked,” the Maitre Boulanger Sourdough Bread Loaves can also be enjoyed right out of the oven, what with the healthiness of white sourdough bread far exceeding that of wholegrain and multigrain loaves of bread.

The Maitre Boulanger Parbaked Butter Croissants are packaged as six 40-gram pieces in a re-sealable bag, and it is recommended that they be egg-washed before baking and then thawed for 20 minutes; the product should then be baked in a preheated oven at 180-degrees Celsius for five to eight minutes. Flaky, buttery and deliciously authentic yet easy to make, the new Parbaked Butter Croissants take everything about the classic French pastry and turns it up a notch, yielding a light and airy treat with a hint of sweetness and a touch of a yeasty, stretchy texture.  

The Maitre Boulanger Banana Bread comes packaged as 300-gram individually packed in a paper tray, and have been specially prepared to be thawed and served. As a type of bread traditionally made from mashed bananas, the Maitre Boulanger take on this treat is realized as a moist, sweet, cake-like quick bread perfect for any occasion.  

The Butter Croissants and Banana Bread also boast a six-month shelf life frozen.
